I've searched for answers, but all I could find says it's either the ISP or the firewall. Now, I am downloading this update with either 4 to 30 kpbs, and half of the time it doesn't download at all. After that though, every update (the previous 2 before this one) downloaded very quickly, at a normal pace. The first time I downloaded WoT it was also horrendous, but at least it was around 500 kbps to 1 mbps. On I usually average 90 Mbps, and I usually download games with 10Mbps.
